Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing coaching sessions are a great way to ensure that your employees have a confidential and safe space where they can come and discuss any wellbeing issues before they start to have a greater impact.

In these one-to-one sessions, they can share what they are going through, whether relating to physical, emotional or mental health. We talk about what they are already doing to address it, how it might be affecting their work and home-life, coach them on what they might want to do differently, and signpost them to appropriate help, support or resources.

Topics can vary – from suggestions to help someone optimise their wellbeing, to helping people to get the best plan in place to support them with stress, anxiety and depression, all the way through to assisting people in crisis with Mental Health First Aid.

One of the key outputs of this coaching is to connect your people with existing wellbeing resources in your business, such as EAP, private healthcare, wellbeing portals, and any employee wellbeing groups you may have.

Monthly reportage can be provided at a high-level, identifying key themes, whilst protecting individual-level data and preserving the anonymity of those individuals.

Sessions can be purchased individually or as a pack of 10 sessions
WELLBEINGCOACHING WITH ANNE BRYANT LIFESPARK

“Following from our conversation I have had the best work feedback ever (even before my problems). I’m working so well. In my head I’m so much more focused as I don’t dwell on my problems so much as Anne showed me how to deal with these emotions and still be able to focus!

I would recommend the wellbeing service and Anne to anyone with a problem however small or big!”

New Leader Coaching

New Leader coaching is for individuals who have been recently promoted to a new management level, and would like some short-term support to help them make the best possible start in their new role.

Available as a package of six or 10 x one hour sessions, these weekly or fortnightly sessions are designed to help the new leader determine their goals in the first six months, what they want to achieve and how they want to show up in this new role. We’ll explore key strengths and development areas, and new skills associated with the new level, and the responsibilities that come with that.

We’ll address any self-limiting beliefs or other areas of stuck-ness, to ensure that they can proactively face into challenges and blocks.

Whist each session is designed specifically for that individual, typical topics might include leadership skills, team-building, coaching, communication and managing change.

HAPPY PEOPLE NEW JOB COACHING

“I undertook a series of coaching sessions with Anne a couple of years ago and I have to say they were absolutely superb. Anne helped me to clear professional and personal blocks that had been in my way for most of my adult life, helping me to find my way back to a structured reality in place of the chaos that was threatening to consume me at the time.

Her manner is calm and reassuring whilst at the same time very practical and down-to-earth. I still use many of the strategies today.”

Next Chapter Coaching

Now more than ever, there are many reasons why individuals might leave a company.

Furlough, redundancy and voluntary redundancy might mean that your company is having to say goodbye to people sooner than expected, and for many of these people, the thought of having to find a new job, and start over in a new company, can be very worrying.

They might be feeling anxious, stressed or aggrieved that their future now lies elsewhere, and they may be fearful about what else they can do, what they are qualified for, or even whether they want to remain in the same career, or use the opportunity to start something entirely different.
Investing in Next Chapter Coaching gives people the time and space to explore what’s next for them.

We start by looking at the whole picture of their lives, what’s important to them, what they love, and what holds meaning or purpose for them.
We spend time reconnecting them with what they are good at and experienced in, and make sure that we address any limiting self-beliefs so that they are equipped with the confidence and clarity to go through the new career / new job process with a potential future employer.

And then we build a plan to get them into those action steps that will have them feeling more in control of where their next chapter lies.

HAPPY PEOPLE NEW JOB COACHING

“Anne helped me focus on all the things I was good at, the experiences where I showed great achievement and how I had arrived at those points in my career(s).

She really did help focus my intentions and I have gained a huge amount of self confidence from her coaching. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for coaching.”
